This is for the absolute beginnner or someone thinking of attending the Diploma in Swedish Massage course.
Taster session of what the full 8-month course will be like. We aim to provide an introduction to Massage Therapy, its practise and role as an important part of health care. Learn some basic massage techniques and how to use them safely. Have the chance to give and receive massage.
