Hot Stone Massage

Hot stones massage is an age old therapy dating back 5000 years. It came from the healers who used rocks from the riverbeds and then warmed them in hot water.

 

The hot stones have a tendency to relax the muscles, reducing muscle pain and discomfort.  Learning to work with the stones will also help to save your hands.

 

All stones and heaters will be provided to use on the day.
