This is for the absolute beginner or someone thinking of attending the Diploma in Swedish Massage course.
Taster session to provide an introduction to Massage Therapy, its practise and role as an important part of health care. Learn some basic massage techniques and how to use them safely. Have the chance to give and receive massage.
