Reflexology - Chakras and colour (CPD workshop)

There are seven main chakras, or energy vortices, located along the spine.  Each chakra is associated with the energic activity of a particular endocrine gland, nerve plexus and group of organs.

Each chakra is attuned to a specific colour, sound and planetary influence.  The more energy that is allowed to flow, the healthier we are.  Learn how to use these colours to affect your energy flow and ultimately your health.
